I came to visit the company when I was in high school and felt that it suited me.

At Ena Megane, we are able to do everything in-house from start to finish, even though other companies divide the work.
Q. What made you happy while working?
If there is a problem with the parts, it will affect the in-house production system.
Every day, I feel happy that today was a good day when I was able to finish the day without any problems with the parts that I manage.
Q. What are your future goals?
Since we have a lot of exchanges with partner companies, we manage parts while maintaining good communication.
I want to make sure that the production in the company goes smoothly.
