Ena Optical Industry also conducts company tours from time to time. We invite you to actually visit the factory, experience the realism of the site, and imagine what it would be like to work.
During the company tour, you will be given an explanation of the company profile and a tour of each eyeglass frame manufacturing process. At that time, senior employees and HR personnel can ask questions about work details and work systems. Please take a look and feel the atmosphere of the site that you cannot understand from the website or pamphlet.
– Department Introductions
Sales Department
The Sales Department serves as the main point of contact for manufacturers in Japan and overseas. The team is involved from customer meetings and prototype development through to full-scale production, working closely with other departments to create products that meet customer needs.
Planning and Development Prototyping Department
This department creates prototypes based on drawings provided by customers and prepares the tools, fixtures, and specifications needed for mass production. Using knowledge of CAD and molds, the team turns product designs into finished products.
Production Department
The Manufacturing Department handles the entire eyeglass frame production process, from cutting materials to assembly, polishing, lens fitting, inspection, packaging, and shipping. Each process is carefully managed to ensure consistent product quality.
General Affairs Department
The General Affairs Department handles a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including accounting, labor management, human resources, and business administration. By helping create a comfortable working environment, the team supports employees and the company as a whole.
– Company Tour Information
During the company tour, you will first watch a video introducing our company and the work we do. We will then show you around our actual workplace and manufacturing facilities. After the tour, there will be time for questions, so please feel free to ask about the work, the workplace atmosphere, or anything else you would like to know.
Those who would simply like to get a feel for the company are also very welcome. You are welcome to join the tour on your own.
