Currently, in the manufacturing department, I am in charge of attaching hinges to eyeglass frames and temples, inserting rivets into them, and crimping them.

When I was looking for a job, it was my first time working in the manufacturing industry, but I was interested in it when I saw the website of Ena Optical.

The company’s culture of making things from scratch and “let’s all make good things” is attractive.
Q. What made you happy while working?
I feel happy when I can do work other than my own group, and when I can make glasses efficiently and beautifully.
Q. What are your future goals?
I would like to acquire more knowledge and skills than I have now and increase what I can do.
