Q. Please tell us why you joined the company.

When I was a student, I majored in industrial design.
I love making things, especially by hand, so
I found out that there is a company that does such manufacturing in my hometown, and joined the company.

Q. Please tell us about the company culture and charm.

Most of the people are from the local area, and the atmosphere is friendly and warm.
I am fascinated by the fact that Ena glasses are used all over the world from Nakatsugawa.

Q. What made you happy while working?

Things I made were shipped, and I saw someone wearing them,
It makes me happy when I see it featured in magazines and on TV, and I feel glad that I did it.

Q. What are your future goals?

I want to spread the goodness of Made in Japan all over the world, and revitalize the industry as a whole.

Q. Please give a message to job seekers.

I think it’s a rare company that makes everything from 0 to finished products.
There is a lot of manual work, and it is an attractive company for people who like making things.
I would like to liven up the company with people who are enthusiastic.
