I like making things, and in my previous job, I was making things using machine tools, so I thought I would be able to make use of this experience.
Also, I was fascinated by the fact that they were making familiar things like eyeglasses.

It is an open workplace where it is easy to talk and you can exchange opinions and improve things when you have a problem.
Q. What made you happy while working?
I was very happy when my plan went through and the process changed from the conventional method to the one I proposed.
Q. What are your future goals?
There is also a process of making eyeglasses by hand in the form of a “craftsman”,
I would like to mechanize what can be done with a machine, and increase the number of production and quality.
